SHIPPING

Shipping cost depends on the country.  For other countries we charge different shipping costs. We don’t ship worldwide yet. ALL shipping is via My parcel / TNT post. To check your delivery options you can either head through to the checkout and enter your delivery address, or watch here for a full list of destinations, prices and estimated delivery times.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2- working days from order payment date. You will receive an order confirmation email after an order has been placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

When products are delivered to you outside of the European Union you will be responsible for paying any local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, which are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the products.

PAYMENT

Scrapemaps.com want to make your purchase as easy as possible. That’s why we offer you the choice of the most common payment options. All payments are done in an ecrypted environment, so the safety of your payment is guaranteed. The payment options of iDeal, Sofort Banking en bank transfers are free of charge. For other payment options a small fee is charged, which you can lookup below and in the shopping chart. This fee concerns the costs that are charged to scrapemaps.com by the payment provider. Scrapemaps.com offers the following payment options via MultisafePay:

RETURNS

We will grant you 14 days (from the date that you received the Map) to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and see if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts whether you can still return your product then please contact us.

If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. If the product has a technical problem, please contact us immediately. You will find instructions in your order how to handle your return. We will refund your money excluding the original delivery costs within 14 days. Return shipment is not included for refund. Exception is when the product is damaged or when it has a technical problem, then we will pay for your return shipment and you will get a new product from us. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

CANCEL

To cancel or change your order, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE. You may change or cancel any order as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address.
